have

your

show
you
properties
that
are
most

you,

will
assist
you
in
evaluating
each
of
the
properties
under
consideration.
•
Prior
to
making
any
offer
on
a
selected
property,
we
will
review
with
you
all
inspection
reports,
seller’s
disclosure
statements,
and
other
documents
pertaining
to
the
condition
of
the
property.
•
We
will
prepare
a
negotiation
strategy
for
the
property
you
have
selected
that
takes
into
consideration
the
condition
of
the
property,
an
analysis
of
comparable
properties,
and
any
other
pertinent
factors.
•
We
will
prepare
your
purchase
offer,
present
it
to
you
for
approval,
and
then
present
it
to
the
seller
in
the
most
favorable
light
possible.
If
counteroffers
come
into
play,
we
will
prepare
and
present
them
until
an
agreement
is
reached
or
negotiations
otherwise
come
to
an
end.
•
Once
an
agreement
with
the
seller
has
been
reached,
we
will
assist
in
coordinating
the
efforts
of
your
professional
home
inspector,
mortgage
broker,
insurance
agent,
and
closing
attorney
to
successfully
complete
the
transaction.
We
will
monitor
the
process
of
satisfying
all
of
the
terms
and
conditions
of
the
sales
contract,
and
will
keep
you
informed
as
the
transaction
progresses.
•
If
your
home
inspector
finds
any
defects
in
the
property,
we
will
assist
you
in
evaluating
them
and,
if
necessary,
we
will
assist
you
in
negotiating
a
satisfactory
remedy
of
any
defect(s).
•
We
will
accompany
you
on
a
thorough
walk-through
of
the
property
(if
one
is
provided
for
in
the
sales
contract)
before
closing,
and
we
will
assist
you
in
dealing
with
any
problems
discovered
during
the
walk-through.
•
We
will
accompany
you
to
the
closing
and
will
facilitate
the
exchange
of
documents,
keys,
warranty
information,
etc.
•
We
will
continue
to
check
on
you
after
the
closing
to
follow
up
on
any
remaining
details,
and
to
be
sure
you
are
completely
satisfied
with
your
home
buying
experience!
