Lynne
Splinter
has
practiced
both
residential
and
commercial
real
estate
since
1976.
She
studied
architecture
and
fine
arts
at
the
University
of
Florida,
and
practiced
real
estate
in
Jacksonville,
Florida
for
several
years
before
moving
to
Atlanta
and
joining
a
Atlanta
commercial
real
estate
firm,
where
she
served
as
National
Marketing
&
Sales
Manager.
Lynne
moved
to
New
York
City
in
1986,
and
joined
one
of
her
former
clients,
a
legal
search
firm,
placing
real
estate
attorneys
around
the
world.
Lynne
returned
to
her
favorite
city-
Atlanta,
in
1994.
She
purchased
and
restored
a
1905
victorian
home
in
the
then
redeveloping
neighborhood
of
Cabbagetown
and
has
been
an
active
member
of
the
community
ever
since.
She
has
had
a
leadership
role
in
the
Cabbagetown
Neighborhood
Improvement
Association
and
the
Cabbagetown
Initiative
Community
Development
Corporation,
which
has
been
instrumental
in
the
planning
and
development
of
the
new
Cabbagetown
park
and
community
center.
Lynne
is
a
life
member
of
the
Atlanta
Board
of
Realtor’s
Million
Dollar
Club.
In
2005
she
received
the
Phoenix
Award
for
10
consecutive
years
of
achieving
Million
Dollar
Club
membership.
Lynne’s
personal
and
professional
real
estate
experience
and
community
activism
enable
her
to
provide
her
clients
with
expert
guidance
regarding
the
buying
and
marketing
of
homes
in
Atlanta’s
redeveloped
and
redeveloping
intown
neighborhoods.

Jasik

Bonnie
Jasik
has
been
working
in
the
real
estate
industry
since
1981-
as
a
pre-closing
specialist
for
several
real
estate
attorneys,
as
a
mortgage
loan
coordinator,
as
a
property
manager,
as
a
renovator,
and
as
a
closing
coordinator
and
sales
associate
with
The
Splinter
Team.
Originally
from
Chicago,
Bonnie
studied
graphic
design
at
the
Art
Institute
of
Atlanta
and
then
received
her
bachelor’s
degree
from
The
University
of
Massachusetts
in
Boston.
She
has
renovated
both
residential
and
commercial
properties
in
the
greater
Atlanta
area,
including
her
current
home
in
Grant
Park.

Pam
Burianek
is
a
native
of
Atlanta
and
a
graduate
of
Riverwood
High
School.
She
completed
her
undergraduate
studies
at
Converse
College
in
Spartanburg,
South
Carolina,
and
received
her
masters
degree
from
Tufts
University
in
Boston.
For
more
than
ten
years,
Pam
worked
as
a
legal
assistant
in
many
of
Atlanta’s
highest
rated
law
firms.
In
1997,
she
joined
the
movement
to
redevelop
Atlanta’s
intown
neighborhoods,
opening
a
home
furnishings
retail
shop
in
East
Atlanta.
Following
her
passion
for
restoration
and
the
preservation
of
Atlanta’s
rich
architectural
heritage,
she
purchased
a
turn-of-the-century
Victorian
home
in
Grant
Park.
Pam
has
worked
with
the
Community
Housing
Resource
Center,
in
their
program
to
help
repair
the
homes
of
elderly
citizens,
and
served
on
the
committee
negotiating
the
Grant
Park
Historic
District
regulations.
Pam
brings
extensive
legal
and
business
experience,
her
renovation
and
interior
design
skills,
and
a
lifelong
knowledge
of
Atlanta’s
neighborhoods
to
the
service
of
her
real
estate
clients.
